Granola Balls

Ingredients:

* 2 cups rolled oats
* 1 cup chopped pistachios
* 1/2 cup chopped dried figs
* 1/2 cup chopped dates
* 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries or raisins
* 1/4 cup honey
* 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, pistachios, figs, dates, cranberries, honey, flaxseed, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
